Bart Krupnik, CPA, CVA of Becker Group, a PGAMA member, will discuss two important topics: the health of your company and what is the value?   How do outsiders measure and value your company...lenders, customers, etc.? He’ll review various aspects of balance sheet, key ratios and metrics, benchmarking and projections.  He’ll also discuss how to easily calculate, monitor and benchmark the value of your company including EBITDA, multiples and debt effect.
